John Montagu Guest House offers five beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms each uniquely decorated in a Victorian style.
There is a choice of double or twin beds.



Each bedroom has a unique character in terms of linens and colour co-ordination. No effort has been spared to make each guest feel at home.

Deposit required to secure bookings or valid credit card number (including last three digits of number on reverse of card) and expiry date - Master/Visa only.

NB: All reservations payable in full three weeks prior to guests arrival at John Montagu Guesthouse.

Cancellation clause:

  • Less than 7 days forfeit the full payment
  • From 7 - 14 days forfeit 75%
  • From 14 - 21 days forfeit 50%
  • From 21 - 28 days forfeit 25%

  • Bookings require 50% deposit
  • Cancellations: Deposit is non-refundable, unless reserved period is re-let.
  • Arrivals: from 14h00 or earlier if pre-arranged. Late arrivals to notify us accordingly.
  • Departures: Rooms to be vacated by 10h00.
  • Owner will not be held responsible for any loss or injury.
  • The Guest House has a policy of not allowing smoking inside the building.
  • No pets allowed
